Tuesday Meditation

Tuesday Meditation Group meets at the Havelock North Community Centre at midday. 

Mindfulness Meditation offered by Dr Pete Kershaw & Ana Ward.
Assisted by Shu Shimoaka with Crystal Singing Bowls and also Tim Logan on various occasions.

Pete or Ana will lead meditation today.

Cost: $45 per term or
        Casual: $5
