Tony Walker - True Magnificence Life and Performance Coach

Tony is no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive player in the corporate world…  Leaving a lucrative career in Finance, Tony started on his entrepreneurial journey by becoming a business coach, and then continued his personal development as a Life and Performance Coach.

From this, True Magnificence was created; where Tony continues to do what he loves doing best, coaching and helping individuals and teams achieve results beyond their wildest dreams.

Tony’s background consists of working for 17 years as an Aeronautical Engineer and personal coach in the British Royal Air Force, with a further 8 years in Banking and Finance in the UK and New Zealand, of which he was involved in a Coaching role for team building and development. Within this capacity he utilized his wealth of experience as a coach as well as his ability to lead a team with passion and heart. 

Tony is an experienced coach and has a successful track record in sales, marketing and team building, both in his own companies and in the corporate market.

Living and working in the Hawkes Bay for the last 12 years has given Tony an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for business people in city, urban and rural areas, whether they be small or large organizations. Tony’s passion is for people and he has successfully coached business owners and their teams by using his innate skill in bringing out the best in them.

Getrude Matshe - International Guest Speaker, celebrated Author & Humanitarian

Getrude Matsche is a motivational speaker who has been described as a vibrant bundle of African energy whose zest and passion for life inspires everyone she meets. She is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential and find their individual life purpose. She is passionate about individuals’ success. This makes her an energetic, inspirational and enlightening speaker.

Her speaking career started in Norway 1989 and for 12 years she has worked in the IT industry as a Systems Analyst, Systems Support Manager and Project Manager. She has a Bachelor of commerce degree and an Honour in Industrial Psychology. Getrude immigrated to New Zealand in 2001 with nothing and is now the Director of three successful companies.  She started Medical Recruiters of New Zealand Ltd and GM Global Investments Ltd

As an owner she formed Simzisani Creations, a talent agency catering for the film and advertising industry and has been instrumental in supplying ethnic extras for prominent movies such as Peter Jackson’s “King Kong”

She is the founder and CEO of the Africa Alive Education Foundation, a charitable trust that supports HIV orphans in Zimbabwe

She is married and the mother of three children and a well known African Storyteller, poet, artist and published author.
