My name is Ben Warren, all my life I have been interested in the performance of the human body. Whether it was as a child kicking a football or learning the times table, I wanted to know how to do it better.
This devotion led me to become an elite golfer, Academic All American graduating with double honours in Experimental Psychology and a Professional Golf Coach. I’ve continued to pursue high performance; this led me to discover a big key to muscular skeletal performance, which is optimal joint mechanics.
After becoming an expert in the field of corrective exercise I realised how important nutrition is to performance. So I undertook extensive study of nutrition through one of the top Health and Performance Institute’s in the world. However, I found that unless your body is absorbing nutrients efficiently you are only wasting your money on high quality food and supplements. So, then I studied organ system function to improve absorption and ultimately improve health.
After some years of clinical practice helping hundreds of people with their weight and health issues I once again came to an epiphany.
You can give someone great nutrition and lifestyle advice but if they don’t have the on going motivation to follow it, then it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I had to go back to my psychology days to find the answers to long term motivation and change. The Bepure Health Revolution was born…
