Wow, what an amazing year of transformation it has been so far…Spring fever brings new beginnings and today we - Maree Bradshaw & Shona Grace , ask you to join us in celebrating the launch of our new website – www.themindbodysoulcompany.co.nz (previously trading as www.gracenewton.co.nz )

Jo Newton left Grace Newton at the end of May 2009 to move on to other ventures – we wish her love & gratitude for the contribution she has made to this company.

The Koru in our logo signifies a message of new life, growth & strength; the gifts we intend to bring to you.

Why am I receiving this newsletter?

You are on our database because you have either bought books, DVD’s, CD’s from us, or you have attended one of our Movie Screenings, or EFT workshops etc. We respect our like-minded customers & friends & we promise to honour this by protecting your email address and only sending out relevant emails. Our hearts are touched by the encouraging feedback & stories of life-changing events in your life – keep them coming!

What are we about?

The “Gifts of Learning” aspect of our business is one of our greatest joys. Join us to experience diverse, accomplished presenters & programmes that deliver alternative ideas. This month we feel incredibly privileged to be assisting Andrew McCombe in his next visit to New Zealand, as he has just launched his second book, called Activate Your Weight Loss and the companion Activate Your Weight Loss Program (Training Diary). Don Tolman says: - If you know someone who has a prostate 'condition', the following is a great little signature meal for them to have each morning to help heal it:

Take 2 cups of organic rolled oats and place in a mixing bowl
Add the juice of one whole fresh lemon plus 1 tablespoon of whole flax seed and 1 tablespoon of wheatgerm to the oats
Mix, cover and allow to soak overnight in fridge
The next morning add fresh apple juice or whole organic milk to the mix, and then eat for breakfast.
You can add a little raw organic honey to the mix for sweetness.
Switch to a raw food diet and snack on 1 cup of Brazil nuts throughout the day.

Living in Hawkes’ Bay?

Have you heard about the Abraham-Hicks group that meets monthly? This is an informal gathering that is coordinated by a couple who are great fans of Abraham-Hicks. Check our calendar of events for the next meeting, meditation groups & other events we feel aligned with.

'You Can Conquer Cancer' presented by Dr Pete Kershaw (GP for 22 years) invites all past and present Cancer patients, and anyone interested in cancer prevention, or at risk of cancer, to ongoing workshops in Havelock North.
